Run the installer
For any version of PowerPoint:
- Double-click the icon for the PPTools installer you downloaded.
- The installer will automatically choose an appropriate folder for PPTools, depending on your Windows version and whether or not you've previously installed any PPTools add-ins.
- Start PowerPoint, your new PPTool will be installed and ready to use
Please don't improvise your own "improved" installation procedures.
Don't double-click .PPA files. Don't add them via the Tools, Add-ins dialog.
This won't work. It will make messes.
