PPTools Optimizer is discontinued
As of November 1, 2011, PPTools discontinued the PPTools Optimizer add-in for PowerPoint.
Please see the Optimizer home page for more information and other options.
The Optimizer site and the All About Optimizer pages will remain here to assist our existing Optimizer customers.
You don't need Optimizer to open, view or edit optimized PowerPoint files. You only need Optimizer to optimize them in the first place.
Optimizer creates standard PowerPoint presentations that anyone else can use.
The only difference? They're smaller, so you can distribute them more easily and they can use them more efficiently.
