Not really.
It wouldn't be possible to develop a PowerPoint addin on any platform that doesn't support PowerPoint, which pretty much leaves out everything but Macintosh.
If you have a Mac, a screaming need for PPT2HTML or PPT2HTMLBatch and lots of cash, let's talk.
